Wallace DuVall creates powerful abstract color fields, gleaning inspiration from the macro and microscopic elements found in nature (i.e. a plant cell or the surface of a planet). His inspiration stems from the mysteries hidden in environments such as celestial bodies and supernovae. Each painting captures the harmonious movement of paint as it dances on the surface of the canvas.

Elliston Roshi, a practicing Sensei at the Soto Zen Center, takes a Zen Buddhist approach to creating his inspiring artworks. With command of his materials, he lets go of his emotions and allows medium to be in harmony with creation. Exploring the organic behaviors of sumi ink, Roshi allows the image to emerge under it’s own natural laws, capturing beauty at its raw essence. Each piece presents exquisite abstractions of melodious presence.

Dale Clifford is a master of his medium. Using elements and principles such as lines, shapes, textures, and patterns, Clifford carves ornate, rhythmic patterns into wood and linoleum.  His work presents intelligently refined techniques of artistry and craftsmanship. As Dean of Fine Arts at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Clifford’s work has been exhibited in 12 countries.
