These works are created through playful doodling and they are exercises for the imagination.  They do not typically speak about one specific thing but are made up of different influences coexisting in the same picture plane.  Images and ideas conceived spontaneously are side by side with ones built upon a personal history.  These images are apart of a personal language that desires to communicate a minds eye as it develops and takes in the experiences of an ever- expanding universe.

Sean Abrahams was born and raised in the college town of Auburn, Alabama. He moved to Atlanta in 2005 to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design.  He received a BFA in Painting in the fall of 2009 and quickly set out to increase his involvement with Atlanta’s art scene. His artwork has been featured with the Dashboard Co-op and in galleries around Atlanta such as Kibbee, Youngblood, Swan Coach House, Beep Beep and WonderRoot. He is currently keeping himself busy with various art projects and trying to carry out his dream of being able to fully support himself through his art.
